Last night, under the rising Capricorn Moon, I stood by the ocean with my sisters.
We were there for a simple gathering — picnic dinners, kids playing in the waves, a little fire to roast marshmallows. Not for ceremony. Not for ritual. Just to be together, when it worked for our schedules.
But of course, the Full Moon had other plans.
As the tide rolled in, we felt it. The energy. The fullness. The feeling of something luminous arriving — just below the surface.
I asked the group:
What’s come into fullness for you?
What are you celebrating?
The answer, more than once, was sisterhood.
The support of women gathering.
The comfort of shared stories.
The magic of being held.
And that’s when it landed — clear and visceral:
The Cancer–Capricorn axis is the axis of support.
Cancer: emotional support, nurturance, care.
Capricorn: structural support, reliability, strength.
This Full Moon was showing us both.
I saw how they work together.
How they reinforce each other.
How sacred both are.
One of the women shared something vulnerable she was moving through.
I hugged her.
Then another woman joined us.
Then another.
It became a spontaneous group hug.
She looked up and said, “That’s the first time I’ve ever actually felt held.”
I went home and realized I was wearing my “Care Bears — Hug Yourself Today” sweatshirt.
Of course I was.

🌕 A Full Moon With No Other Aspects
This Full Moon is exact at 18°50’ — and it isn’t in aspect to any other planet.
That’s rare. And potent.
It shines alone in the sky.
And maybe that’s part of the message, too:
A moment of truth without interference.
A light that stands on its own.
What does this moonlight reveal in you?

🧜♀️ Oracle Cards by the Sea
Of course, I brought my cards.
I had to.
Among them, I brought The Oracle of the Mermaids — it felt right for Cancer season, and our oceanside gathering.
When I pulled cards for myself, I drew:
• The Return of Aphrodite
• Farewell to the Moon
Aphrodite’s message was about reclaiming sacred delight. About grace, laughter, beauty, and the sacred power of seeing life as wondrous. She reminds us of our own divine radiance — the joy of being truly ourselves.
Farewell to the Moon spoke of living in harmony with the tides. Of honoring the natural rhythms of expansion and retreat. Of knowing when to shine, and when to rest. That life is not something to force — it’s something to breathe.
Later, when I pulled for the collective, we received:
• Adrift — Let go. Trust the current. But don’t forget your power.
• Soul Cage — Free yourself from what numbs your spirit.
• Coral’s Wisdom — Take responsibility for your ripple. Think long-term. Tend your impact.
Each card echoed the Capricorn–Cancer themes:
Responsibility and receptivity. Truth and tenderness. Boundaries and belonging.

🌀 A Simple Ritual for This Full Moon
Here’s your invitation:
Create a ritual of support.
• Who (or what) supports you emotionally?
• What structures do you have in place to help you thrive?
• Where could you ask for help, or offer it?
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating containers that let you be held.
Even a small step counts: asking for a hug, sharing your truth, taking 5 minutes to tend your nervous system, naming a boundary, reaching out to a friend.
The Moon is full. Let it light your path.
And let yourself be loved along the way.
With love, magic, and moonlight,
Jinn
