We’ve crossed the threshold of the Gemini New Moon—but the air is still charged with its echoes.
Gemini Season is in full swing. Thoughts are whirling, questions are multiplying, and the wisdom of our recent New Moon Women’s Circle is still echoing in my bones – and with it, an invitation to check in with your voice, your mind, and the words you’re using to shape your world.
Gemini season is an invitation to look at the stories you’re telling—and the ones you’re ready to rewrite.
In astrology, Gemini is ruled by Mercury—planet of mind and message—and connected to the 3rd House of communication, perception, and early learning.
As someone who grew up surrounded by astrology (and Mercury-flavored chart placements), one of my oldest and most powerful insights is:
💬 Don’t believe everything you think.
Especially when it comes to self-judgment, silencing yourself, or assuming you “should” already know what to say. Gemini doesn’t always know the final answer—it just knows how to start the conversation.
This past Tuesday’s New Moon Women’s Circle was filled with laughter, insight, a little scattered brilliance, and a lot of soul. So today, I offer a Gemini-style playback—from our recent New Moon Circle—a Gemini remix of some of the beauty, truth, and magic that came through.
Your Voice Is an Instrument
Before we moved into a throat chakra–clearing sound practice during the circle, I shared this reminder:
“Your voice is an instrument—not just for expression, but for healing.”
And I would add: for creation, too.
Your voice is sacred.
It’s how you call things in.
It’s how you weave connection, craft reality, and speak your truth into form.
Words are magic. Words make reality.
As Desmond Tutu said:
“Language is very powerful. Language does not just describe reality. Language creates the reality it describes.”
So what are your words making real right now?
🌬️ The Gemini Paradox
One of the collective themes that surfaced in the circle was this beautiful tension:
The desire to know everything, all at once
And the overwhelm that comes from holding too many thoughts at the same time
Gemini is light and brilliant. But it’s also fragmented. It teaches us that it’s okay to not have the answer yet—and that the question itself can be sacred.
As someone said so beautifully during circle:
“What if I didn’t need to have the answer… just the question?”
That’s Gemini’s grace.
Permission to wonder.
Permission to change your mind.
Permission to speak, even in process.
🔍 Reflection: What’s Your Relationship with Your Voice?
This Gemini season, I invite you to reflect:
- What is your relationship to your voice?
- Where do you feel free to speak your truth—and where do you hold back?
- How often do you silence yourself to keep the peace, or play small to be safe?
- What would shift if you trusted your words to lead the way?
Your voice is not just about speaking aloud.
It’s about how you speak to yourself.
What you tell yourself is possible.
What narratives you’re repeating.
And which ones are ready to be rewritten.
