Power, reclamation, and the cycles that shape us
Pluto transits indicate profound, life-altering seasons – the kind we feel in our bones.
They are the cocoon phases of life: the melting-down, the dissolving, the reshaping, the surrender.
They show us what’s ending, what’s beginning, and what’s asking to evolve.
Pluto reminds us that what looks like an ending is often just the first step of an evolution.
Pluto Seasons Feel So Intense
During these times, you can feel like the caterpillar in the cocoon –
no longer who you were, but not yet who you’re becoming.
There is a deep, cellular unraveling that asks for honesty, courage, and surrender.
Without context, it can feel like being consumed.
With context, these seasons become sacred initiations –
moments that redefine who you are, what matters to you, and what you’re here to live into.
Pluto’s process is visceral, profound, and transformative.
Pluto moving through the Chart
Wherever Pluto is moving in your chart, that part of life is undergoing a deep shift.
When Pluto aspects a natal planet, that part of you is being re-formed through experience.
Pluto doesn’t “make” events happen –
it indicates where a deep cycle is unfolding
and where something essential is asking to evolve.

What My Clients Say During Pluto Seasons
Across so many sessions, I hear the same kinds of words:
“I feel like I’m losing myself.”
“Everything I thought was solid is dissolving.”
“I know I’m changing, but I don’t know into what.”
“I can’t lie to myself anymore.”
“It feels like emotional surgery.”
“It’s like I’m being ripped open and rebuilt.”
This is the heart of Pluto.
It’s not ruin – it’s metamorphosis.
Old identities shed.
Old emotional contracts dissolve.
Truth becomes non-negotiable.
Relationships shift. Power dynamics get revealed.
Self-worth gets reclaimed.
A new voice begins to rise.
There is grief, clarity, emotional detox, breakthroughs, shaking off survival patterns, and the first glimmer of becoming someone more authentic.
By the end, clients aren’t someone new –
they’re finally themselves.
This times are not easy. But they are undeniably powerful.
My Own Pluto Seasons
I fell in love with astrology during my first Pluto–Pluto transit at age 12.
Everything felt overwhelming. I didn’t have words for it.
My parents sat me down, showed me my chart, and walked me through what was unfolding beneath the surface.
Knowing it was Pluto – knowing it made sense –
quite literally saved my life.
It gave me orientation where I’d only had overwhelm.
It helped me stop resisting the process and start working with it.
And now?
I’m in a Pluto–Venus transit of my own –
a season of shedding, reclaiming, re-committing,
and redefining beauty, worth, and relationships.
An evolution, not an ending.
How to Work With Pluto (Not Against It)
Think of it like fire:
When we resist (or it is simply unconscious), it can feel like a wildfire.
When we meet it consciously,
it becomes a controlled burn in the redwoods –
clearing what’s dead so new life can root.
This is the gift of astrology: orientation, context,
and the ability to collaborate with a transit
instead of being overwhelmed by it.
Every Pluto Transit Asks:
- What is truly important to you?
- What needs to be shed?
- What wants to be reclaimed?
Pluto brings shadow to light – not to break you down, but to restore your power.
Pluto is known as the planet of death and release —
but it is equally the planet of rebirth and reclamation.
If You’re in a Pluto Season… You Don’t Have to Navigate It Blindly
If you’ve been feeling the intensity –
the pressure, the shedding, the “What is happening to me?” –
there is a way to work with what’s unfolding
consciously, compassionately, and on purpose.
I’d love to explore your chart or current transits with you.
